. Not Equal Gifts, But Equal Sacrifice
“Truly I say to you, this poor widow put in more than all the contributors to the treasury: for they all put in out of their surplus, but she, out of poverty, put in all she owned.” – Mark 12:43
We realize that not everyone can contribute the same dollar amount to the Building to Serve Campaign, but each of us can give proportionately. The word sacrifice is used to remind each of us of the extraordinary effort needed to reach our financial target. If each of us will sacrifice in our commitments we will lay the foundation of decades of faithful service in the Kingdom of God.
Now is the time to Pray. Pray for one another that God will lead us to accomplish His will in our church. Pray as a family for God’s clear direction regarding your financial commitment towards this building project. Our Building To Serve campaign prayer is…
“God, what would you have me to do to achieve Your will in our Church?” |
